I am a Associate Director of Technical Writing and Incident Management. I have over 15 years of professional experience.
I began my professional career as an Administrative Assistant with writing skills. I went on to become a Copywriter with SEO skills and a part time Technical Writer. I eventually moved on to my passion, Software Technical Writing.
I currently manage a team of Technical Writers (varying levels), Graphic Designers, and Technical Editors. I also have a team of Site Reliability Engineers and Incident Management Leaders. My teams are comprised of US-based remote and offshore (India) employees.
In my spare time I like to read and binge watch television shows with amazing story lines!
